Re: Auction Predictions
Lets get things started!
We kick off our predictions with Arsenal
There best players in each position are..
Williams is a great defender and there is only 5/6 on the auction list that are better than him depending on whether you rate seconds highly or not may change his position slightly.
D'bury-Hall is the best midfielder that Arsenal have however if he was on the auction list he would likely be overlooked and be seen as the worst midfielder on the list, with that being said it means that Arsenal could sign any of the midfielders in the auction and come away with a huge gain in the centre of the pitch which makes a midfielder a win win!
Marmoush is about to become a 25 rated Forward which would make him the lowest ranked forward if on the auction due to there being a 13 24 forward with 900 abs.
With all of that said my prediction for Arsenal are..
Richarlison, J_Garner and C_Balbea

Seimen is only a 24 rated keeper meaning that all 5 keepers on offer in the auction would be a huge help to a struggling Arsenal side who keeps finding themselves fighting for survival every season.Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Moving onto Bournemouth
There only furture downside is Courtois due to him now being 33 years old he will lose abs each season however he is still currently the best keeper on the game and will still be a solid keeper until Foggarty in the Bournemouths youths gets promoted.
Estevao could be improved in his seconds but other than that he is about to become a 26 rated forward. Bournemouth have 3 23 rated midfielders almost 4 and the defence is stacked with 6 23 rated and above defenders.
Matt doesn't like spending too much if it can be helped so its a hard one to call however my predictions are...
G_Garcia, Trafford, Joao_Gomes
Lets keep this one short and sweet, The defending champions who have not a single weakness in the squad.Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Next we have Burnley
Hard to predict this one due to their being so many options for them to aim for but the biggest gains would likely be goalkeeper or midfielder so with that said..
my predictions are M_Mount, J_Manzambi and Z_Suzuki
The worst rated players on the auction list all get into the Burnley squad which means its win win for them assuming they can actually target someone within their budget.Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Onto Everton
With Everton not having a solid defensive mid they will surely be tempted to go for Anderson and Sangare, there is also potential to go for a DF however they do have a very young defence and that may well seem like a waste especially with a lot of money going out of the game it will likely be hard to sell on any of Evertons current defenders.
My predictions are Anderson, Fernandes and Sangare
Coming to our second team that doesn't need anything from auction but they do have some places where they could improve still and with the 3rd best budget out of all teams they can sign pretty much whoever they want.Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Onto Leicester City
There is too many teams that have blue!
Moving onto my team
We actually look reasonably strong for a change in midfield with us starting the season with 3 23 rated players we could even have 4 if Simons wears the captains armband for the season.
We have 2 very solid strikers with Ekitike a 26 rater and Kvara being 210 abs off becoming one himself.
The next position we would look towards would surely be defenders with us only having 5 currently however we do have Kelly who could be called up to play as our 6th choice...
My thoughts are (currently) Trafford, Palestra, Dedic

One weak spot we currently have is going with the new youth goalkeeper in our senior team however Trafford would be a huge win for us and our new youth keeper would then be able to take Swards place in our U21s so that is one option.Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Liverpool next and we finally get a team that have no blue for a while!
They have Kerkez in defence who is one of the very few 24 rated defenders on the game at this moment in time.
Szoboszlai is one of the best triple rated players around who is less than 150 abs away from being a 24 rated midfielder and a very reliable player to have in the middle of the field.
Then we move onto the best striker on the game with no competition in the matter, with only 3 abs off becoming a 30 rated striker! YES 30 RATED! which is just absurd but clearly means that Liverpool ain't in the market for any forwards.
Predictions.. Anderson, Fernandes, O'Reilly
As always Liverpool have a huge budget and also have a great squad. They have Mama who was at Leicester at the end of the season who is a great signing and a very reliable player to have in net!Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Man City are up next
Munoz has 6 seasons left on the game before he starts losing abs and he is back up by 1 more 24 rater and 3 23 rated players so no concern there yet either.
4 23 rated midfielders and then Sessegnon so there is potential for them to go for a midfielder however will it push out the best triple rated mid on the game due to his mains being too low?
As for strikers they have 2 26 rated players (almost) however they could improve there 3rd choice backup but i can't imagine that would be top of there list!
my predictions are.. G_Garcia, M_Sangare, Joao_ Gomes
Great young goalkeeper so no need for concern there.Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Man United up next
Aljofree looks to be the strongest defender they have so there is room for improvement there however United under Will always seem to defend very well so i imagine that isn't a area of concern for them.
Hughes is my pick as the best midfielder based on seconds and only being 21 years old however there is certainly a lot of players on the auction list that could be huge wins for United.
Archer is their best forward and again there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the attack.
Predictions.... G_Garcia,J_Trafford and Beleba
Assuming United are calling up Whatmuff (what a name) this will be their strongest in each position, But that would leave them starting with a very low keeper for this upcoming season so we can expect him to become the captain so that his just shy of a 25 rated keeper.Code: Select all

Re: Auction Predictions
Moving onto the scummy Norfolk lot Norwich City
Norwich are close to having 5 23 rated defenders so they also have good strength in the back line.
Midfield looks great if you're someone who likes players with great all round ability but as we have seen on the site lately the value of triple rated players is becoming smaller and smaller however its all personal preference at the end of the day and most teams without these triple rated players either finish low in the premier league or they ain't even in the premier league so that says it all. They could strengthen the starting mains on the midfield tho thats for sure.
As far as strikers go they are very much set in that position for years to come until Nocky wants change again however i do believe that Duran is a huge quality and will be a great player for Norwich this season.
My predictions... Anderson, Sangare, Baleba
As always Nocky has been very busy in the transfer window and has grabbed himself one of the best goalkeepers on the game who is only 28 years old meaning he will soon have the best keeper around and with 10 seasons before he gets to a point of losing abs thats probably their strongest position right now.Code: Select all
